STEP 2 β Submit Your Documents
Complete the secure online form and upload the required documents.
βNo need to mail your original passport.
Basic eligibility requirements:
You must be a citizen or resident of a country not subject to U.S. sanctions (for example, applications from Russia, Cuba, North Korea and other sanctioned countries are not accepted).
You must have a valid passport issued by your home country (a U.S. passport is not required).
If you are eligible to apply for an SSN (Social Security Number), such as U.S. citizens or green card holders, you are not eligible for an ITIN.
Holding or not holding a U.S. visa does not affect your ITIN eligibility.
If you meet the above conditions, once payment is completed and documents are submitted, we will begin processing your application.

STEP 3 β CAA Review & IRS Filing
Our IRS-certified Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) will review your documents,
prepare Form W-7 and the required passport certification attachments, and assemble your complete application package.
Once ready, the application will be sent to the IRS via UPS courier service.
We will provide you with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery status in real time.

STEP 4 β Receive Your ITIN
After the IRS receives your application, processing usually begins within 2β3 weeks.
The total processing time is typically 7β8 weeks, depending on IRS workload.
Once your ITIN is issued, the official CP565 notice letter will be mailed to our office.
We will scan it and send it to you by email as a secure PDF file as soon as it is received.
