STEP 2 – Submit Your Documents

Complete the secure online form and upload the required documents.
No need to mail your original passport.

Basic eligibility requirements:

  • You must be a citizen or resident of a country not subject to U.S. sanctions (for example, applications from Russia, Cuba, North Korea and other sanctioned countries are not accepted).

  • You must have a valid passport issued by your home country (a U.S. passport is not required).

  • If you are eligible to apply for an SSN (Social Security Number), such as U.S. citizens or green card holders, you are not eligible for an ITIN.

  • Holding or not holding a U.S. visa does not affect your ITIN eligibility.

If you meet the above conditions, once payment is completed and documents are submitted, we will begin processing your application.
