1. Refund Eligibility
Our ITIN service refund policy applies only when an ITIN application is officially rejected by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
We offer a 100% full refund under the following circumstances:
The applicant receives an official written rejection notice from the IRS clearly stating that the ITIN application has been denied; or
The IRS confirms the rejection through an official phone communication with the applicant.

2. Processing Time Disclaimer
The final approval, issuance, and processing timeline of an ITIN are determined solely by the IRS.
As an IRS-authorized Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), our role includes:
Reviewing application materials for completeness and compliance before submission;
Submitting applications promptly once all required documents are received;
Using a U.S. domestic address to receive IRS correspondence, reducing delays caused by international mail;
Assisting clients with application status follow-ups within reasonable and permitted limits.
We cannot control or intervene in IRS processing speed, backlog, system delays, or policy changes.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Delays caused by IRS backlogs, system issues, government shutdowns, or policy adjustments;
The ITIN application is still under normal IRS review and has not been officially rejected;
The client voluntarily requests to cancel or withdraw the application for personal reasons (e.g., change of plans, time sensitivity);
Delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to submit required documents on time, or submission of incorrect or incomplete information.
